The union of restaurants, bars and snack bars is a union affiliated to the CPME of French Polynesia and recognized as representative by the government of French Polynesia. Its vocation is to defend the restaurant and fast food businesses. Its objective is to have the restaurant business recognized as a main asset for tourism in French Polynesia.
As such, it makes every effort to defend and promote restaurants, bars and snack bars and the interests of business owners in the sector, by carrying out all the promotional and defensive actions necessary for the development of the restaurant sector.
